北朝鮮や日本がやっているようなクレデンダやミランダは、洗練されていないので、外から見ていると滑稽だが、それが通用している限り、なにも変えることはない。
国民がクレデンダやミランダを見破り、嫌悪感を感じるようになった時には、国家はもっと巧妙な手段を用いなければならなくなる。
