Tokyo-Tokyo.com was developed as it was discovered that none of the other Tokyo travel websites gave a true depiction of hotel locations in relation to Tokyo landmarks. For example, the Tokyo International Airport is in Tokyo, but no one tells you that even though the airport is approximately 40 miles from the City Center, it can take up to two hours to commute, and if you take public transportation it will cost a minimum of $15.00 one-way by train with non-reserved seats, approximately $28 by train or airport shuttle bus with reserved seating, or approximately $100 by taxi depending on distance and traffic conditions at the time.
