Tips to help refine your search query

  • Vary your keywords. A different term or phrase will return different search results.
  • Use the keywords that are most likely to appear on the page.
  • Search for exact phrases by placing the keywords within quotation marks (” “).
  • Describe what you need with as few keywords as possible.
  • Do not use punctuation or special characters; i.e., you cannot search for @#$%^&()=+[]\ and other special characters.
  • Search is case insensitive.
  • Use the * operator (called a wildcard), with your query as a placeholder for any unknown term(s). (e.g., “World * Organization”).
